Policies

Every guest reservation is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and you will not be charged
In the event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook the room a full or partial refund will be made.

Pets are allowed in certian rooms for a $25 fee.
Unregistered pets will be charged a $100 fee per pet per night.
While in the room your pet must stay off the furniture and bed.
You must provide a bed or mat for your pet.
An extra cleaning fee will apply for excessive hair in the carpet or muddy paw prints or evidence of your pet sleeping in or on our beds.
Please clean up after your pet and keep on leash when in the common area.
We provide clean up towels in room that can be used to wipe your pets feet.
Pets should never be left unattended in rooms.

No Smoking~ up to a $1000 damage/cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoke is found.

Any damages to the room including excessivly stained towels will be charged accordingly to your reservation. (We have no magic solution to remove stains from white towels). We do provide "clean up towels" and "makeup towels".

Any missing/stolen items from the rooms will be charged value plus replacement fee.

Our rooms are non-view. There is a lovely view of the lost coast from our sitting area weather permitting. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. And a 2 minute walk to the Westport Headlands Park.

We cannot guarantee nice weather. Sometimes its foggy sometimes its sunny and it might even rain. When its nice the views nearby are amazing.

We are located in a remote area with very limited services. If you cannot entertain yourself our area might not be a fit for you.
